After verifying your email, the next step is creating your business. Your business profile is the foundation of your COD Rocket account โ it determines your dashboard, features, and how partners interact with you.
How to set up your business
- After email verification, you'll land on the Create Business page automatically.
- Enter your Business name โ this is how your company will appear across the platform.
- Select your Business type:
- Merchant โ You sell products online and manage orders.
- Deliverer โ You handle deliveries for merchants.
- Freelancer โ You verify orders by calling customers (confirmation agent).
- Upload your Logo (optional but recommended).
- Enter your Phone number.
- Fill in your Business address:
- Country
- City
- Street address
- Postal code
- Add your Bank information (optional, for payment settlements):
- Bank name
- Account number
- IBAN
- Click Create.

What's the difference between Merchant, Deliverer, and Freelancer?
Merchant is for store owners selling products. Deliverer is for delivery partners handling shipping. Freelancer is for confirmation agents who verify orders by phone. Each type gets a specialized dashboard.
Can I change my business type after setup?
