Order Comments & Timeline

Every order has a timeline that automatically records all changes and lets your team add comments and file attachments.

Viewing the timeline

  1. Open any order from the Orders list.
  2. Scroll down to the Timeline section.
  3. You'll see a chronological list of all events:
  • Status changes (who changed it and when)
  • Product additions/removals
  • Address modifications
  • System events (automation triggers, WhatsApp messages)

Adding comments

  1. In the order detail page, scroll to the Comment section.
  2. Type your comment in the text box.
  3. To attach a file: click the attachment icon and upload an image or document.
  4. Click Send.

Managing comments

  • Edit your own comments by clicking the edit icon.
  • Delete your own comments by clicking the delete icon.
  • Download file attachments from comments.

Tip: Use comments to record important customer requests like "Deliver after 5 PM" or "Call before delivery."

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I see who made each change?

Yes, every status change and comment shows the user name and timestamp.

Are deleted comments recoverable?

No, deleted comments are permanently removed.
