Generate printable labels and tickets for your packages before handing them to your delivery partners. Labels include all essential info: customer details, delivery address, order contents, and order code.
How to print labels
- Go to Orders.
- Select the orders you want to print labels for (use checkboxes).
- Click Print Ticket or Print Label.
- A print-ready page opens showing all selected order labels.
- Click Print in your browser, or save as PDF.
What's on a label
- Order code (for tracking)
- Customer full name
- Customer phone number
- Full delivery address (city, street, postal code)
- Products with quantities
- Total amount to collect (COD amount)
- Barcode or order reference
External carrier labels
If you're integrated with a delivery company (AMEEX, Digylog, Onesta), you can print their company-specific labels:
- Select orders assigned to that carrier.
- Click Print Label > External and choose the company.
- The carrier's label format is generated automatically.
