Send Orders to a Deliverer

Once your orders are confirmed, the next step is sending them to a delivery partner for fulfillment. COD Rocket checks for potential issues before assignment.

How to send orders to a deliverer

  1. Go to Orders.
  2. Select the confirmed orders you want to send (use checkboxes).
  3. Click Send to Deliverer.
  4. The system runs a pre-check and flags any issues:
  • Fix Customer โ€” Missing or invalid customer info (name, phone).
  • Fix Delivery Area โ€” The delivery city isn't covered by the selected deliverer.
  • Fix Products โ€” Product availability or stock issues.
  • Fix Shipping โ€” Missing or incomplete shipping address.
  1. Resolve any flagged issues on the error resolution screens.
  2. Select the deliverer to assign the orders to.
  3. Click Send.

After sending

  • Orders appear in the deliverer's dashboard under "Received Orders."
  • The delivery status updates to "Shipped."
  • If automations are configured, WhatsApp notifications are sent to customers.

Tip: You can also assign a deliverer when creating or editing an individual order, without using the batch send flow.

Can I reassign orders to a different deliverer?

Yes, use the bulk edit "Deliverer" operation or edit the individual order.
