Delivery partners are individuals or small teams who pick up and deliver your orders to customers. Add them to COD Rocket, set their coverage areas and pricing, and assign orders to them.
How to add a delivery partner
- Go to Partners > Deliverers in the sidebar.
- Click Create Deliverer.
- Enter the deliverer's details:
- Name โ Full name.
- Phone โ Contact number.
- Email โ Email address (for the invitation).
- Set their delivery locations โ which cities or areas they cover.
- Click Save.
- The deliverer receives an email invitation to join COD Rocket.
- Once they accept, configure their delivery pricing.
Managing partnerships

Setting delivery pricing
- Go to the deliverer's profile and click Pricing.
- Set delivery fees per city or area.
- The deliverer can also submit pricing requests that you review and approve.

What's the difference between Freeze and Cancel?
