COD Rocket keeps you informed about everything happening in your business through in-app notifications and optional web push alerts.
How notifications work
Viewing notifications
- Click the bell icon in the top-right corner of any page.
- You'll see a list of recent notifications with:
- Notification type (order, subscription, invitation, system)
- Message summary
- Timestamp
- Click a notification to mark it as read and view details.
- Use Mark All as Read to clear all unread notifications at once.
Enabling push notifications
- Go to Settings > Notifications.
- Toggle Web Push Notifications on.
- Your browser will ask for permission โ click Allow.
- You'll now receive push alerts even when COD Rocket is in the background.
Notification types
