Transfer products between warehouses when you need to rebalance inventory, restock a regional depot, or move products closer to delivery zones.
How to create a transfer
- Go to Inventory > Transfers.
- Click Create Transfer.
- Select the source warehouse (where products are leaving).
- Select the destination warehouse (where products are going).
- Add products and set quantities for each.
- Click Submit Transfer.
Transfer statuses

Receiving a transfer
- When products arrive at the destination warehouse, go to the transfer.
- Click Receive to confirm all products arrived.
- Stock levels update automatically at both warehouses.
Cancelling a transfer
- Open a pending transfer.
- Click Cancel.
- Stock is restored to the source warehouse.
Note: Delivery partners with warehouse access can also receive transfers and report issues from their dashboard.
