Manage your inventory across one or more warehouses. Track stock levels for every product and get visibility into what's available, what's low, and what's out of stock.
Setting up warehouses
- Go to Inventory > Stock in the sidebar.
- Click Create Warehouse.
- Enter the warehouse name and location.
- Click Save.
- To set a warehouse as default: click Mark as Default next to it.
Managing stock
- Click on a warehouse to see all products and quantities.
- Each product shows its current stock level with status indicators:
- In Stock โ Sufficient quantity available.
- Low Stock โ Running low, consider reordering.
- Out of Stock โ No units available.
How stock changes with orders

Tip: Set up separate warehouses for each city you ship from to track regional inventory.

What happens to stock when an order is confirmed?
Products are automatically marked as "outgoing." When delivered, they're marked as "sold."
Can I delete a warehouse?
Yes, but transfer any remaining stock to another warehouse first.
