The WhatsApp Inbox is a full messaging center inside COD Rocket. View all customer conversations, reply in real-time, send templates, and even create orders without leaving the chat.
Using the inbox
The inbox has a 3-panel layout:
Left panel โ Conversation list
- See all conversations sorted by most recent.
- Search by customer name or phone number.
- Filter by: Active or Archived.
- Each conversation shows the customer name, last message preview, and timestamp.
Center panel โ Chat
- View the full message history with a customer.
- Send a text message: Type in the message box (max 4,096 characters) and click Send.
- Send a template message: Click the template button, select a pre-approved template, fill in any parameters, and send.
- Quick replies: Type
/to access pre-saved response shortcuts. - Message status indicators: Sent, Delivered, Read, Failed.
Right panel โ Customer info
- Customer name, phone, email.
- Order history with this customer.
- Create Order button to create an order from the conversation context.

Quick replies
- Go to Tools > WhatsApp > Settings to manage quick replies.
- Create shortcuts like
/greeting,/tracking,/thankyou. - In any conversation, type
/to see and use your shortcuts.
Each quick reply has:
- Shortcut โ The trigger text (max 50 chars).
- Title โ Display name (max 150 chars).
- Message โ The full message text (max 4,096 chars).
